Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping.
Shipping rates and times vary by destination. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact the carrier directly or email us at info@lesiege.uk, and we’ll do our best to help.
